The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have strong presentation abilities, and be capable of engaging diverse groups of learners.

Ability to engage and motivate learners
Conduct training sessions on soft skills such as communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, time management, and professional etiquette.
Develop, customize, and update training materials, presentations, and activities based on learner needs.
Assess participants’ skill levels and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Use interactive teaching methods such as role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and presentations.
Monitor trainee progress and maintain training reports, attendance, and assessments.
Coordinate with the training team or academic departments to schedule sessions and ensure smooth delivery.
