Design, plan, and deliver training sessions on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multi-threading, and Data Structures. Conduct theory and practical sessions to ensure participants gain hands-on coding experience. Develop and maintain training materials, assignments, and assessments. Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests, coding challenges, and projects. Stay updated with latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Java and related technologies. Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-solving sessions for learners. Coordinate with academic or placement teams to ensure successful course completion and trainee satisfaction. Foster a learning-oriented and positive training environment.
